He is a recognized leader in the field of computer performance measurement and analysis, and has been active in the Computer Measurement Group since its inception. In the network area, Bill was recently elected to ICANN’s At Large Advisory Council (ALAC) as a representative for the North America Region (NARALO).

Mark V. Nguyen, our Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder, is an accomplished software engineering professional and technical leader with over two decades of experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise software systems. As a founding member of Outside the Stacks, Inc., he spearheads process- and value-driven DevOps strategy and production-grade deployment architecture, working across remote teams to deliver robust and scalable technology solutions.
