Protect My Assets Encryption

Observe, report and then protect. This product shows what encryption you are using and if it is recommended.

Why You Need Protect My Assets - Encryption

Instead of blindly trusting that your TLS encryption is secure, Protect My Assets – Encryption works behind the scenes to continuously verify it. It scans your traffic, flags weak or outdated ciphers, and ensures your systems are moving toward quantum-resistant standards.

Because encryption isn’t a set-and-forget — it’s a moving target.

Upgrade your visibility. Stay ahead of the curve. Encrypt for what’s next.

x.509 certificates

X.509 certificates are the foundation of digital trust, but they’re evolving fast — and so are the risks. With quantum computing on the horizon, traditional signature algorithms like RSA and ECDSA are no longer future-proof. Post-quantum cryptography is being introduced to harden certificates against next-generation threats, but not all implementations are equal. At the same time, new CA/Browser Forum mandates are changing how certificates are issued, validated, and managed — from reduced lifespans to stricter validation rules. If you’re not actively examining your X.509 certificates, you could be exposing your organization to broken chains of trust, weak algorithms, or non-compliance. Visibility today means resilience tomorrow.

Government Mandates

Governments around the world — including the U.S. through NIST and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) — are now mandating that organizations begin transitioning to and actively monitoring the use of post-quantum cryptography. These mandates aren’t optional; they’re a response to the very real threat posed by quantum computing’s ability to break today’s public-key encryption. Agencies and contractors are now required to identify where classical algorithms like RSA and ECC are still in use, report on cryptographic inventory, and ensure that systems are prepared to adopt quantum-resistant alternatives. Monitoring isn’t just about compliance — it’s about securing data that needs to remain confidential for years to come.

Use Protect My Assets – Encryption to meet these mandates.

From the US Government Executive Order

(i) By December 1, 2025, the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and in consultation with the Director of the National Security Agency, shall release and thereafter regularly update a list of product categories in which products that support post-quantum cryptography (PQC) are widely available.
